The star took to Instagram on Wednesday, to impart the news to his fans.
Johnson uncovered that he and his significant other, Lauren and their girls Jasmine, 4, and Tiana, 2, have been down with the infection for a long time now.
Fortunately, they are improving now, he included.
"I needed to give you folks a little accommodating update on things that have been going on my end for as far back as more than two to three weeks now. So the update is this: my better half Lauren just as my two child young ladies and myself, we have all tried positive for COVID-19," Johnson said in a video message.
"I could reveal to you this has been one of the most testing and troublesome things we have ever needed to suffer as a family, and for me, as well, actually also," he proceeded. "Also, I've experienced some doozies before."
